Shah lives in Khot Valley, Pakistan.He is a Pakistani children’s rights activist, child leader and an activist against child labour. Shah is fighting for the basic rights of children. He has  a clear history of standing up and fighting for his own rights as well as for the rights of other children. In his native town he has an active approach in accomplishing this goal, which has led to a concrete result. In 2014 he founded the Chicheqan Jirga (Children Jirga), through which he is motivating children to acquire education and strongly discouraging child labour.  He is collecting and distributing free school supplies to the students of his town. He is also helping the poor children by motivating wealthy people to donate money. He wants every child to go to school and acquire education free of cost.
