Sindhu joined the Union Binnakuri Child Organization supported by USS & Plan international Bangladesh to raise her voice against early marriage and child labor. She also actively participates in “Girls Action team leadership”, which was founded by Binnakuri High School.  Moreover, Sindhu regularly organises “Path Chaorer Ashor” in her community, during which participants learn about GBV, children’s rights, and debate on child protection issues. Also, Sindhu participated in the Child Shadow Parliament on District level from 2017 to 2019. During that event, she raised children’s rights issues to some department government officials.
