Sophia, 16, from Ireland, has been a passionate advocate for children and youth with disabilities since the age of nine. She co-founded Access For All Ireland in 2019 to raise awareness about accessibility challenges and social exclusion. Sophia has campaigned for inclusive public transport, improved accessibility in train stations, and highlighted inequalities affecting the disabled, LGBTQ+, refugee, and healthcare communities. Her advocacy spans peace and climate initiatives, ensuring her generation’s voice is heard on critical social issues.

Her impact is both digital and tangible. Online, she engages with nearly 2,000 followers, connecting with disabled youth worldwide and sharing solutions to improve quality of life. Offline, she has addressed 15,000 people at major public events, spoken on national radio, and hosted meetings with policymakers and other changemakers. Through her tireless activism and leadership, Sophia has advanced inclusion, equality, and accessibility for marginalized communities, challenging society to remove barriers and create a more equitable world.
