Souhardya is a child with a strive for excellence and pursuit for peace. He lives with his father, a professor at the nearby college, and his mother, a teacher. Souhardya has been awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Asiatic Society in 2019. He is an author with two published works and a columnist at various newspapers. Souhardya has written about peace and gender equality at newspapers like the Citizen. He has a certificate from Udemy and Solidarity Uganda in Non Violence and Movement Building. Souhardya’s article had been featured in The Statesman during the Brazil wildfires. For contribution of poetry to peace, he received the Nabyashrote Sahitya Aloke Samman Honour in 2019. He was elected as a member of the Internet Society Accessibility Group, so that he could possibly bring a Change in the nations that do not have access to Internet yet. He has been nominated for the Josh Talks and the TedxGateway Ted Talks India. As the Rohingya problem persisted, he had written letters to the UN office in Delhi to be acknowledged to participate in the Youth Summit of Peace.Souhardya plans to release his third book next year and donate to the cause of girlchild and funding of schools in rural villages.
