Sri, a 15-year-old from the United States, is an inspiring environmental activist who founded Recycle My Battery (RMB) at just 10 years old to address the hazards of battery waste. Diagnosed with mild autism, Nihal turned his problem-solving skills and determination into global impact, making battery recycling accessible through over 1,000 free bins in schools and community centers and educating millions about safe disposal. His Residual Charge Project repurposes unused battery energy to power recycling plants, exemplifying innovation for sustainability.

Through RMB, Nihal has mobilized over 900 youth volunteers and launched The Battery Challenge, empowering children to actively participate in environmental protection. His advocacy has reached 39 million people through school programs, digital campaigns, TEDx Talks, and media coverage by CNN and BBC. By combining education, innovation, and youth engagement, Nihal continues to inspire children worldwide to take action for a cleaner, safer, and sustainable future.
