Stephanya has given talks, workshops and conferences to young people from indigenous communities on children’s rights. She has managed infrastructure of recreational spaces in schools for better education. She collected food and clothes during and after the 2017 Tehuantepec earthquake, after which she lived in the streets because she had lost her house. Stephanya gives academic support to children and young people during the COVID 19 pandemic who did not have the tools to take online classes.
