Suhana, a 15-year-old from Dhaka, Bangladesh, is recognized for her remarkable efforts in providing psychological support to teenagers. Despite her young age, Suhana has shown profound empathy and responsibility by founding and actively participating in the Talk Hope Project, which focuses on mental well-being and suicide prevention.

Suhana volunteers at the Talk Hope support center, offers guidance to teenagers, and helps establish peer support networks. Suhana has utilized social media to raise awareness, reaching over 5,000 individuals, and has directly interacted with more than 200 teenagers through various workshops and seminars. Her dedication to mental health advocacy and peer support has positively impacted over 500 people, making her a notable advocate for psychological support in her community.
