William is a 17-year-old from Bolivia who, despite how hard life has treated him, fights for the children of his entire region. He founded a children’s movement in Bolivia through which he carried out marches for children’s rights and proposed changes to the children’s rights situation in the country. He participates in radio and television programs as a presenter of educational programs for the benefit of children and adolescents. He carried out marches for rights together with many children and adolescents demanding that the authorities respect their rights and wrote a book aimed at children in which he recounts family situations that children go through.
