All 2025 Children’s Peace Prize Nominees

Zarin, a 17-year-old from Bangladesh, is a passionate advocate for education, STEM access, and children’s rights. Growing up in a middle-class family facing financial challenges, she observed how outdated teaching methods and limited STEM opportunities discouraged many children from learning. Motivated to make education more inclusive and engaging, she began working with the Grow Your Reader Foundation (GYRF), creating interactive learning platforms and promoting digital literacy. Zarin also co-developed Baby Care+, an app providing parents with resources on early childhood education, and has participated in global programs such as the Duke of Edinburgh and Technovation, enhancing her leadership and advocacy skills.

Zarin’s impact extends online and offline. Through social media campaigns, fundraising drives, and digital mentorship, she has raised funds and awareness for underprivileged students across Bangladesh. Her initiatives have provided books, school supplies, and educational support to children in rural areas, while her Baby Care+ app reached a global audience as a Technovation quarterfinalist. By combining technology, innovation, and community engagement, Zarin inspires children to embrace learning and ensures education is accessible, interactive, and empowering for all.
