Inspired by her grandmother’s humanitarian work and the loss of her young cousin to cancer, Daphnée founded DARO, a youth-led platform that transforms compassion into action. At just 15, she envisioned a space where young people could support one another, build confidence, and step into active roles in shaping society. Through DARO, she empowers youth to move beyond being spectators of suffering and instead become changemakers, advocating for children’s rights and equality while also serving as a youth spokesperson for the French Ministry of Education. With strong support from family, peers, and institutions, Daphnée has built a global network dedicated to youth empowerment and solidarity.
Through DARO’s initiatives, Daphnée has driven impact across 13 countries by leading projects that renovate schools, improve conditions in orphanages, and deliver essential resources to vulnerable children. She has organized tutoring programs, donation drives, and maraudes that distribute food and hygiene kits to homeless individuals and struggling students. DARO has also launched a research hub on global youth policy and child protection, amplifying youth perspectives in policymaking. Online, Daphnée uses her growing platform of over 10,000 followers to raise awareness and mobilize volunteers, while offline her work has reached thousands through workshops, mentorship programs, and humanitarian aid. Her vision is rooted in everyday activism—empowering young people to take responsibility, act in solidarity, and change their communities for the better.
