Esmaeel, a 12-year-old from Afghanistan, is addressing the challenges faced by children in his community, including limited access to education, economic hardships that force children into unsuitable work, and inadequate healthcare services. He has provided education by securing full scholarships from education center leaders, helped children find appropriate jobs, and improved access to healthcare by convincing hospital owners to offer free medical care. Through his direct engagement with local leaders and raising awareness in his neighborhood, Esmaeel works to ensure that Afghan children have opportunities to learn, work safely, and receive necessary medical support.
