Lina, a 16-year-old from Morocco, is a passionate advocate for children’s rights, gender equality, and the prevention of child marriage. Growing up in a single-parent household, Lina experienced firsthand the importance of resilience, support, and opportunity, which fueled her commitment to helping underprivileged children access education, protection, and a nurturing environment. She volunteers with initiatives like ZeroHunger, distributing food and clothing, and provides tutoring in English and French to support academic development among children in need.

Her changemaking journey has been nurtured by her mother, mentors, educators, and organizations including Rowad Academy and ShePower. Lina participates in leadership and STEM programs such as FIRST LEGO League and the NIS neuroscience program, and engages in public speaking workshops to amplify her advocacy. Through her efforts, she has helped foster a more inclusive and supportive community for children while inspiring others to use their voices for positive change.
