Srishti is a passionate advocate for children’s rights, driven by her own experiences of limited opportunities for self-expression and creativity. As a core team member of Tinker Champs and Assistant Director of Innovation and Design at Mentlance, she empowers students to develop future-ready skills, innovation-based learning, and entrepreneurial thinking. Her work ensures that children, particularly in underserved communities, have the resources and guidance to explore their potential and build confidence.

Through initiatives like the ATL Tinkerpreneur Bootcamp, BizBox, and EnerVision, Srishti has mentored thousands of students, supported children with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and led programs reaching hundreds of thousands across India. Her workshops, digital content, and on-the-ground mentorship create a ripple effect, fostering inclusion, creativity, and opportunity. By bridging innovation, education, and empowerment, Srishti is inspiring a generation of changemakers who are confident to pursue their dreams beyond traditional boundaries.
