Rafi Irfandy Alvaro
Living in this world is not only for ourselves; we live for both ourselves and others. It begins with small steps things you and others care about until they grow into meaningful change.

Rafi Irfandy Alvaro (17), is from Indonesia. Rafi’s journey began at just 14, in junior high, with no background in children’s rights at all — until KOMPAK Jakarta visited his school and opened volunteer applications. He signed up, got accepted, and never looked back.
Since then, Rafi has led awareness sessions on bullying prevention at SMAN 8 Tangerang, helping students recognize harmful behavior and build a more respectful school environment. He served as a speaker at the KEMENPORA “Cyberbullying Talkshow Pesta,” encouraging young people to stay safe and responsible online.
Rafi has also taken on more serious topics — acting as a resource person in Ruang Kelas SID to raise awareness about child sexual exploitation and the importance of early prevention and peer support. He even represented youth voices directly to Indonesia’s Minister of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, highlighting where children’s rights are still falling short from a young person’s own perspective.
Supported by a positive environment around him, Rafi shows how a single volunteer sign-up can grow into a real voice for change.
