Renad Baomar

Even at 14, we have the power to shape a better future — our voices, ideas, and actions can create real change if we dare to lead with purpose.

Renad Baomar

Renad Salim Baomar (14), is from Oman. From an early age, Renad believed young people’s voices deserve to be heard in the decisions that shape their lives. That belief has driven her across several roles advocating for youth and children’s rights in Oman and beyond.

As Founder and President of Brave Voices, Renad created a youth-led platform empowering her peers to speak up, lead projects, and advocate for the issues that matter to them, guiding hundreds of young people through workshops and collaborative campaigns. As Chapter Lead for SheLeadsToo, she organizes events building leadership skills and confidence among young girls, promoting equality along the way.

Renad also contributes to UNESCO-IOC Ocean Literacy projects, connecting youth education to global ocean conservation goals, and serves as a U-Reporter, representing youth voices on social issues through global surveys and campaigns that help shape policy and public awareness.

She rounds out her advocacy as a member of ICC Global, continuing to link young people’s voices to global conversations.

Renad’s work shows how one determined 14-year-old can wear many hats — and still make sure young people are heard in every room she enters.
