Ahnaf Bin Ashraf Nabil

I believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and valued—through innovation, compassion, and action, I strive to turn their struggles into strength and their voices into change.

Ahnaf Bin Ashraf Nabil (15), from Bangladesh, grew up in Brahmanbaria, where he saw child labor, inequality and limited access to safe learning opportunities. Seeing children his own age left without proper education or exposed to exploitation inspired him to take action for children’s rights.

He founded Young Sparks of Bangladesh, a youth-led platform that creates opportunities for children and young people to learn, participate and grow. Through the platform, Ahnaf raises awareness about child rights, digital safety, leadership, innovation, peace, justice and climate action.

Ahnaf has organized more than 45 workshops, school camps and interactive sessions, giving children practical knowledge and space to develop their voices and ideas. With support from his parents, he balances his studies with his work to create safer, more inclusive opportunities for young people across Bangladesh.
