Kent Rayner Singhage
Right to development of children becomes a meaningful reality only if they are equipped with the proper tools to reach their maximum potential.

Kent Rayner Singhage (17), from Sri Lanka, was already breaking records in Model UN by age 13 — becoming the youngest chairperson and Secretary General in MUN history. But alongside his own achievements, he noticed something troubling: public speaking standards among youth were slipping.
So Kent created something new — a “Professional Evaluative Mentorship” model that brings real professionals directly into student debating and MUN clubs. With humility and initiative, he brought together over 20 experts, including senior lawyers, academics, UN diplomats, and even policymakers, to watch students perform live and give personalized, honest feedback on exactly where they could improve.
In just one year, this model has reached 875 students through partnerships with major MUN conferences. Kent also founded Diplomatic Impact Clubs at leading schools, reaching over 168 students directly, plus 75+ more through online preparatory sessions.
Kent’s story shows that real change doesn’t always mean doing everything yourself — sometimes it means connecting the right people to the ones who need them most.
