Md Sadikur Rahman Sadik
I believe children are not too young to change the world; when we are trusted, heard, and included, we can lead the fight for equality, climate justice, and a peaceful future for everyone.

Md Sadikur Rahman Sadik (15), is from Bangladesh. Growing up in Bangladesh, Sadik saw firsthand how climate change and social inequality hit children hardest — especially girls and marginalized communities. Flooding, pollution, and poor waste management were disrupting children’s access to education, health, and safe living conditions, while gender inequality kept girls out of leadership and decision-making spaces.
Sadik decided to build something to address it — founding and leading a youth-led organization focused on climate justice, inequality, and peace. Through this platform, he created real opportunities for young people to take part in advocacy, dialogue, and community action.
He has actively engaged youth through environmental campaigns and discussions on climate change, pollution, and waste management, helping children understand their right to a safe and sustainable environment.
By building structured platforms like youth advisory councils and online discussions, Sadik has organized grassroots participation from young people across different regions.
With his family, mentors, and youth organizations behind him, Sadik is helping the next generation see climate justice and equality as issues they can shape themselves.
