Aryan Raj

“Every child is born with talent and dignity; when we replace child labor with education and skills, we don’t just change one life—we change the future of an entire community.”

Aryan Raj (15) comes from India, where he saw children growing up in poverty, working instead of learning, and facing harmful practices such as early marriage. These experiences shaped his drive to create better opportunities for children.

Through Sanskriti Setu, Aryan helps children from underprivileged communities build skills and find pathways to dignified livelihoods. He identifies children with creative or vocational talents and connects them to training, mentorship and opportunities. He also organizes learning programs focused on entrepreneurship, technology and practical life skills, while working to identify cases of child labor and unsafe working conditions.

His reach is growing fast. Through 40+ online workshops and mentoring sessions, Aryan has reached around 50,000 students. His sessions have welcomed 200 to 1,000 participants, while his WhatsApp learning and innovator communities connect more than 8,000 active members. Aryan is helping children build skills, confidence and opportunities for a safer future.
