Aaditya Jain

Disparity does not define a child’s future; every child deserves the same opportunity to grow up healthy and educated, regardless of the circumstances into which they were born.

Aaditya Jain (16), is from Afghanistan, living in the United States. After moving between India and the U.S., he saw stark differences in the opportunities children have. Access to quality healthcare and education inspired him to take action.

Through Medical Cadets Corporation, Aaditya built a network of more than 40 volunteers and physicians providing health screenings for children in India, Egypt and the U.S. He also founded NextLevel Tutors, offering free tutoring to children struggling at school.

The impact is clear. Aaditya and his team have screened more than 250 children for health problems, including anemia. Screenings at orphanages led to 20 early treatments, while more than 40 early cases of anemia were identified in rural Rajasthan. Through NextLevel Tutors, more than 50 students improved their grades by 20%.
